OUR COMPANY

8th Street Partners (“8SP”) is a real estate investment and development firm with particular focus on healthcare properties. Through relentless hard work and unwavering attention to detail, we execute a wide range of real estate strategies for growing healthcare providers.

8SP was founded in 2021 in collaboration with Abbott Land & Investment, a diversified real estate company with 35 years of real estate development experience. Combining decades of diverse real estate knowledge, including extensive transactional and advisory work with both occupiers and investors, our principals know how to work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for both our tenant clients and investor partners.

8SP operates as a lean development and investment platform. Founded on entrepreneurial roots, we partner with experienced engineers, architects and contractors on a project-by-project basis, in order to field the right team for each project.

Technology’s impact on building design and construction requires us to stay abreast of all the latest trends and innovations. To meet the evolving needs of our clients, we assess the utility and overall project impact of material selections, electric vehicle charging stations, solar resources, new HVAC and building automation systems, the Internet of Things, and other forward-thinking technologies
